Salero Magazine was created following the need for a magazine focusing on cuisine. The name Salero is inspired by the basic ingredient that unifies every kitchen: salt (sal in Spanish). Likewise, it focuses on Chifa cuisine, which is the Chinese and Peruvian gastronomic fusion.
