I found my true passion as a designer in a class in Madrid called “User-Centered Design”. There, I became familiar with Donald Norman and from his vision on emotional design, I began to focus my work based on the idea that designers and clients should work together throughout the whole design process, mirroring the “Human to Human” Model.
